Locating a threading spool

Comments: One of the items Carmen uses as a "Brain Mixer" at the beginning of her sessions is a threading spool. I don't know if you've seen this on the realtime network but I saw it being used on a video we watched at the April presentation of 100 Most Challenging Students. I've been trying to locate one ever since to no avail. It may be that it is one of Carmen's vintage items. I seem to remember that it was wooden and had holes in it that a shoelace threaded through. If anyone knows what this is called or knows where to find it, I would be grateful for the information.
