Comments: This is for my "Most Challenging 100 Students" group in DC last week, as well as Katherine Loop and other members and moms with whom I've been conversing about treatment for sensory spectrum, aka autism spectrum children. I have registered for and am currently viewing the DIR/Floortime basic level course which is finally available online. I will be following up this training with the next level in Bethesda, MD in July. I've been using Floortime with three students including my own daughter Rose for several weeks, and I found it to be all that I predicted based on my research of the model since June of 2007. I urge you to register for this course. It opened today and will be available online for a two week period. In addition to the course I encourage you to purchase 'Engaging Autism' by Stanely Greenspan and Serena Weider.
